The Pod is a design feature developed especially for The Watermark. It is a room that ‘floats’ within the residence, set back from the windows. The Pod has many uses – a study or private salon, a guest bedroom, a library or multi-media room.
The outdoor Loggia is a partially enclosed area that extends the indoors into the outdoors. There are full-height sliding screens that can be pulled across to offer shelter and privacy. Includes an integrated built-in BBQ, outdoor gas fireplace and outdoor speakers. The stone surrounding the fireplace is Travertine stone and the external flooring is Mink limestone.
The main ensuite is the equivalent of any in the finest luxury hotel. Seagrass limestone floors, underfloor heating and a separate WC. In most main ensuites there is a portal window beside the bath that offers a view through the master bedroom to the outside.
The large, walk-in Poliform wardrobe offers space, style and civility with accessories available such as the racks, shoe racks, felt-lined and glass fronted drawers. The Poliform wardrobe is light Oak Veneer which is customisable to your taste.
The living area links to the outdoor room or terrace via full height sliding doors. Each living room has built-in feature joinery that can accommodate anything from your home theatre to a special piece of art or an indoor fireplace.
The kitchen cabinetry is by Poliform and is handcrafted in Italy. The island bench cupboards are in Ovangkol timber veneer with the wall units in gloss white lacquer. The kitchen bench is Carrara marble with the kitchen floor being Pietra grey limestone with underfloor heating.
